For Buyers and Sellers

If you plan to buy a townhouse in the Village of Western Heights, please ensure that the property is in full compliance with the Covenant and By-Laws. Contact the GPWHA Board using the form below for any possible unresolved issues or other concerns.

If you are selling a townhome, please ensure that the prospective buyers receive a Covenant and By-Laws copy.

Glen Park West Homeowners Association (GPWHA)

All Glen Park West Homeowners Association (GPWHA) members have been voted onto the homeowners' board. We act to administer and uphold the Covenant and By-Laws to maintain townhome values. Individuals utilize their time for the benefit of the Western Heights community and all homeowners.

The GPWHA fiscal year is August 1- July 31. Our Annual Meeting is in the fall. At the meeting, the homeowners receive important updates about the community from the President, and the Treasurer presents the Annual Financial Report and audit that has been completed by the Accountant.

The Architectural Committee reports on the repair and upkeep of the townhomes' exterior and landscaping issues. The voting process for the members of the Board of Directors occurs at the Annual Meeting.

The only property the Association maintains is the Islands on Western Heights Blvd and Denver Courts East and West, the right and the left strip along the edge of Western Heights Blvd up to Dallas Court, and the area at the end of Dallas Court.

The Annual Homeowner dues of $170 must be paid each year by July 31st. Dues are mailed to GPWHA, PO Box 11, Endicott, NY 13760.

We dispense all correspondences by email; please send your email to us using the contact form below. If you do not use email, you can receive information through the mail.
